MBP-2244WS is a virtual studio processing platform that provides hardware acceleration for virtual studios and real-time computer graphics. It features four video wall inputs, grouped as V1/K1, V2/K2, or V1/V2/V3/V4, with K2 switchable to camera input. Select the desired signal for each of the four outputs. Also equipped with a camera delay line and two separate on-board video mixers (four layers), MBP-2244WS offers a graphics solution for video walls and real-time 3D graphics from a single computer.

- Four SDI inputs with video wall input support. Switch between two-line mode with V1/K1 and V2/K2 or four-line mode with V1/V2/V3/V4.

- On-board video mixing for two channels with four-layers each. Can be used for independent real-time CG with camera input.
- Four freely assignable SDI outputs for composited output as well as external compositing with V/K output. Enables monitor output switching without affecting program output.

Main Features of MBP-2244WS-4K
- Format support: HD 1080/59.94i or 1080/50i, 4K 2160/59.94p or 2160/50p. HDR available in 4K formats
- With HD formats, operation is equivalent to MBP-2244WS.
- With 4K formats, SQD (square division) or 2SI (two-sample interleave) I/O support over four 3G-SDI (Level-A) lines.
- Video wall input support. For HD formats, switch between V1/K1 V2/K2 or V1/V2/V3/V4 mode (equivalent to MBP-2244WS). For 4K formats, switch between V/K or V1/V2 mode.*2
- 4K camera input support.*3 Delay line for up to seven frames
- On-board video mixing for two channels of HD (four layers each) or one channel of 4K (two layers). Can be used for independent real-time CG even with 4K camera input.
- 2. HDR not available in 4K V1/V2 mode
- 3. Switch between 4K camera input and video wall input as needed. Video wall not available when 4K camera input is used

- 12G-SDI I/O enables operation equivalent to MBP-2244WS in HD mode or to MBP-2244WS-4K in 4K mode. With 4K formats, a mode for four 3G-SDI lines is also available.
