Announcement: FOR-A Acquires Tamura Corporation’s Information Equipment Business and Manufacturing Arm

New Company, Tamu Radiance, Combines FOR-A’s Video Expertise and Tamura’s Audio and Wireless Solutions

• Tamura will spin off its Information Equipment Business into Tamu Radiance to sharpen its focus on next-generation power electronics and clean energy markets.
• Tamura will then sell all the shares of Tamu Radiance along with Aizu Tamura which is a consolidated subsidiary (manufacturing) of Tamura to FOR-A, aiming to strengthen broadcasting and social infrastructure solutions through combined audio, wireless, and video technologies.

Tokyo, Japan, April 9, 2026 – FOR-A Company Limited announces the acquisition of all shares of a new company, Tamu Radiance, which will be a spin-off of the Information Equipment Business of Tamura Corporation along with Tamura’s consolidated subsidiary, the manufacturing arm, Aizu Tamura Corporation.

Through this transaction, FOR-A will create innovative products and solutions by integrating its highly regarded video technology with the acoustic and wireless intercom technology of Tamura Corporation, which has long supported the broadcasting and public venue infrastructure sectors. By bringing together the development, manufacturing, and sales resources as a single entity, this acquisition enables technological integration that achieves "manufacturing" (monozukuri), beyond the mere inheritance of existing assets. FOR-A will merge the strengths of its video solutions with Tamura’s audio and wireless technology.
