HD/SD Frame Rate Converter
FRC-30

The FRC-30 is a one-RU high, half-RU wide frame rate converter based on the UFM-30FRC. Capable of both motion compensation and linear conversions, the FRC-30 achieves outstanding levels of conversion regardless of video content. Last but not least, the FRC-30 further offers Up/down/cross converters are standard features.

Motion compensation mode and linear conversion mode are switchable

Motion compensation mode: detects the motion vector amount of a moving object and generates the object’s motion in frames
Linear conversion mode: frame conversion based on previous and next frames

Supports HD/SD-SDI, and analog composite signals

Supports 1080/59.94i, 1080/50i, 1080/23.98PsF, 720/59.94p, 720/50p, 525/60, 625/50 inputs, and frame rate conversions

Up/down/cross converters are standard features

From SD up to HD, from HD down to SD, and from 1080i to 720p
